Newtown Festival 2017

  • Camperdown Memorial Rest Park Federation Road Newtown, NSW, 2042 Australia (map)

Newtown Festival is an event run by the Newtown Neighbourhood Centre to raise funds to support people at risk of homelessness in the inner west and to protect the "Newtown vibe". Every little bit helps even your donation at the gate!

2017 will be Newtown Locals fourth appearance at the festival. All the locals involved share a passion for Newtown and everything it stands for. They put their time, produce and profits from the festival every year to help Newtown Neighbourhood Centre.

This year's menu theme will be based on a Summer BBQ with options available for carnivores and herbivores alike plus some sweet treats! Dishes will range from $5 - $10 (so you'll be able to try 'em all).

A sneak-peek of the collaborative menu we're currently working on will be introduced at the Newtown Locals launch party held at Young Henrys as well as the winner of this years T-shirt Comp. More details about this to follow.

We'll be situated under the trees, next to the LaToosh Stage (Federation Road side of the park). There will be seating this year for you to sit back and enjoy everything the Locals have to offer.
